LiteALifeā„¢

Tifie is researching and helping to develop self-contained, solar-powered energy units to provide an efficient source of energy to homes in remote areas.

These compact units, called LiteALife, include a solar cell, an inverter, a charge controller, and a storage battery, providing enough electricity for a small home or home business. Prototypes of these units are currently being tested at a village and at a school in the outskirts of Kinshasa. Medium scale production will begin later this year in the US.
